Billing Terms
Though you may purchase products with your VISA, MasterCard or Discover card, you may choose to be billed if you are ordering for a church, school or government entity and have an authorized logon and password. (Call 800-348-2227 during normal business hours to set up a logon and password.) Our terms are net 30 days. There will be a 1% per month service charge on past due accounts.

Returns
If you need to make a return, please call us at 800-348-2227 during normal business hours and one of our customer service representatives will give you immediate authorization. Your overstock items should be returned to us within 90 days. Ship returns to our warehouse at 4315 Ralph Jones Court, South Bend, IN 46628. Always be careful not to mark any books you may need to return later as overstock. To receive credit for books you return, they should arrive to us in perfect re-saleable condition, without names, stamps, gum residue or erased prices. They need to be packed in a sturdy carton and be secured on the inside with cardboard or brown paper so they don't move around during shipment. Foam "peanut" packing material and newsprint are inadequate.
